REFUND POLICY – all refund requests must be made in writing to the email of the related sports program.

A full refund will granted if the request is made within 7-days or prior to the start of the season. 

Any refund requests made between 7-14 days from the start of the season will be issued in the form of an account credit. 

Any refunds requests made after 15-days from the start of the season will be subject to review and approval.  Approved refunds will be in the form of an account credit, less $5.00 processing fees.
